7935 Firmware bug CSCIN45148

Hi,

It appears we hit a bug whereby the conference station loses the ability to contact the TFTP server during a Firmware upgrade. Now we cannot complete the upgrade or downgrade and Cisco says there isn't a workaround. Does anyone know of something we can do rather than send the phone back to Cisco?

Since this is a known issue, I am not sure if there is some other way out if it is stuck during the upgrade.

We have had several 7935's loose connection to the TFTP server since we started using Call Manager. The phones will be working fine then all of a sudden one or two of them won't be able to contact the TFTP server, and it's not always the same phones. We have to have the phones replaced each time. We've been using the same phone load for the last 3 -4 months. Any ideas or suggestions?
