7935 Mac Address

I have a 7935, when I check the system information, it has Mac Address 000000000000, and hostname SEP000000000000.

what do you guys make out of this? Thanks

I had a similar issues and finally it turned out to be a Port problem. You may want to check this with cisco and have an RMA done if required.

When you say port problem, you are refering to the phone and not switch...right
