Hi I am getting the server not found, when doing a search of the coporate directory on the 7935 conference phone.
I can search the coporate directory from a 7940, 7960 phone.
You need CCM 3.2(3) or 3.3. The reason is 7935 does not use the corporate directory because 7935 currently does not receive URL information in the CNF file that the CallManager sends. So there is no possibility of Corporate Directory on the 7935.
I have load code P00503010300 working with 3.3(2)spC but had to remove the device from call manager and re-add it again to get the load to the phone to install correctly. Give this a try and see if it work for you.

I've tried rebuilding the phone with this load and encounter the same result. Does anybody have good ideas on this one? I ran across this Cisco caveat, CSCec42845, which suggested running 3.3 (2) XML for the directory. However, this, too, had no impact.

We had this working under 3.3(2) - not sure of the phone load, but when we went up to 3.3(3) Sr1 had the same problem. I have applied Sr2 and still the same. We are running Win OS 2.5 Sr4, with 3.3(3) Sr2.
There is a new phone load on CCO, (cmterm-7935.P005-3-2-7.exe) P00503010400. I applied this this morning and tested the 7935 corp directory and it is working again. The phone load was posted to CCO on 31/10/03, and can be found at:
