7936 in critical condition

Hello Everyone I have a 7936 conference phone that is sticking on boot up with the 3 red lights staying on solid and the screen is stuck at "Cisco Systems, Inc. Polycom Technology Copyright 2003" This happened after a reboot of the CM server. None of the keys will do anything. Is there any key sequence I can do while the unit is powering up to reset it to factory defaults or at least get into a menu?

Erasing the Local Configuration


Unfortunately, there is way in the 7936 to reset to factory defaults other than accesing via the Menu.

To be able to see what is occurring when we boot the 7936, we will need a sniffer trace.

Please attach it to the poste when available.

I am also facing the same issue in my conference station and the link which you have provided is dead. Can you provide me an alternate link.

We too had an issue with two of them. didn't bother trying to figure it out. They were under contract and sent back for replacement. 2 day turn around.
