7936 phone - can't hear user calling in

We have 7936 conference phones in place and are finding when someone calls into the conference phone, we can answer the call and the far end can hear us but we can not hear them.

Can not see anything that would cause this in configuration.

Re: 7936 phone - can't hear user calling in

We experienced this a few months ago. It seemed like the issue would occur seven days (the DHCP lease period) after the DHCP server (a router) was reloaded. The TAC said it was an issue with the phone load, and told us to use a newer load 3.3(10). We still had issues and ended up assigning the conf phones static IPs and we haven't had another one-way audio problem (knock on wood).

Thanks,

Cisco recommended updating the 3.3(11) for me but I will try hard coding the IP address to see if that does it.
