7936 resetting Admin password

I am trying to get into a 7936 to change the TFTP address since its statically configured and the previous person changed the admin password from "**#". How do I find out what the original password is or change it? I can't do Erase config since to get to that part of the menu I need the Admin password to begin with

Hi!

Here are the steps that you can follow

- Press **1

- Now the phone would display resetting; once the phone comes back up use the password of

**#

- Just in case, if prompted for the user login, use: 7936

My issue is that the admin password is no longer "**#". There is no use resetting since you need to know the admin password to get in and change and the previous user changed the admin password to something else. I found another post that says for a 7935 there is no way to reset the admin password and you have to return to TAC, not sure if thats the same way for a 7936.
