7937 & sccp version 1.3.3

Hi,

I have a 7937 conf station , I have the sccp 1.3.3 load files in flash and proper load and tftp server commands , but the phone still has sccp 1.1.1 , is this a bug ? or am i missing something.

I have reset the phones but still it has older load only.

did you try give following command in telephony service mode

"create cnf"

Also i have seen sometimes starting the procedure all over again helps. I mean try putting a fresh copy of load and see if it helps.

Yeah i have configured that cli as well.

ll check if new copy of load helps.

Take debug tftp events, you will see what fails.
