7940/60 Phone App Loads

I have a customer who is reporting audio quality issues of the type "underwater", "muffled" etc. Despite extensive investigations no reason can be found for this problem which is intermittent. All the usual suspects have been eliminated.

They are using Phone Load P00303020204.

Is there a URL on the Cisco site which indicates which the most recent load against a particular version of Call Manager. Or a URL to point to images with known audio issues.

Due to the complicated support nature I don't yet have the Call Manager Version.

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
