7940 display reads Services

I set up a new 7940 phones. The phone boots up and registers with the call manager fine. But instead of having the normal display (with your lines showing and the redial, new call cfwdall,etc options), the display is showing Services with two options, exit and update. If I select exit, the display switches to the "normal" display for 1 second and then goes back to the Services display. If I press update, the phone displays requesting and then switches back to the Services display.

We are using call manager 3.2(2c) with a phone load of P00303020204

Other then the Display being incorrect, the phone works normally, except we can't use any of the features on it, unless we hit ext and then one of the features, quickly!

Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like there is idle URL configured but the image has been removed :)

If it's happening to all phones go to System->Enterprise Parameters-> URL idle and remove the url...If thats just one phone remove it on the phone configuration page.
