User is getting error while he tries to access speed dial via services.error.-7ffBFFCF user userid unable to be validated (49). PFT error message.
I have no idea how he configured the speed-dials. Also, I couldn't locate information on the procedure for fast dial access on 7940.What I see all is the information seetting up fast dial on the user page..can anyone help?

when a user subscribes to these PFD/PAB services he needs to give his userID and PIN, these are stored in the callmanager for this user.
If the user changes his PIN, he also needs to edit the subscribtions to these services, otherwise his old PIN will be used when accessing the service.
(it's part of the URL, as a parameter)
