CM 3.2.2c SPG, 7940 Load P00303020209. Intermittent. Single user. Pressing Messages button causes 7940 to reboot. Have replaced phone and switch port.

Service Pack G sucks. There have been a world of problems with it. From call drops to firmware loads. Call TAC. I had to back down to SP E.

I've heard Cisco is going to pull SP G from CCO. So, you're right on.

download the latest version of phone software & apply to phone in CCM. shud be of some help to resolve the issue.

Load 300 appears to have resolved MESSAGES reloading phone. Thanks.
