When i do a lookup in the corporate directory on 7940 phone, and i query an invalid result (refine search message ).
And i press the softkeys Dial,EditDial,Exit,More the Phone will reset.
I`m running Callmanager 3.3(3) with OS 2000-2-4sr2
Does anyone know if this is a known issue?
Does anybody know how to fix this?

follow up on message above:-> When the Softkey Dial is pressed, the phone will reset after a couple of seconds.
Will be fixed in a future release.

... so you found the problem? Do you have a bug number relating to this issue?

No i`m sorry, We`ve had contact with TAC over the phone, And they said it will be fixed in version 3.3.4 or in 4.0.
I`m sorry i guess we`ll have to wait.
If I receive other information or solutions, i will post them here.
