7940 SIP Debugging

Hello.

I am having an issue with a 7940 (running 7.4) in which it will stop taking invite requests and respond with 486 - Busy Here even though the phone is not in use. Rebooting the phone corrects the issue.

Upon debugging the SIP state, I am getting the following response code:

[16:12:03] sip_cc_event LINE 0/1: --0x0004d62d-- : SIP_STATE_RECV_INVITE <- E_CC_RELEASE

[16:12:03] SIPSPISendInviteResponse: Sending response 486...

Does anyone have any ideas and/or is there documentation on the sip_cc_event codes?
