User is getting error while he tries to access speed dial via services.error.-7ffBFFCF user userid unable to be validated (49). PFT error message.
I have no idea how he configured the speed-dials. Call manager, speed dial page shows me three numbers configured to speed-dial. Also, I couldn't locate information on the procedure for fast dial access on 7940.What I see all is the information seetting up fast dial on the user page..can anyone help?
In CcmAdmin page, you assign a password and pin to a user. In the ccmuser page, the user then subscribes to the services and I think this is the Personal Address Book. The available-option for username and pin is set in callmanager services; in the ccmuser page, the user has to enter the username and pin.
