We are thinking to utilize the Linksys SRW224P for some of our SMB solutions when the Catalyst 3560 is a bit cost prohibitive. Are there any specs of the new 7941 and 7961 so we can figure out if this is a viable solution? Does anyone else create a decent PoE switch? Has anyone used the Linksys SRW224P?

Also, you might look into a company called Belden which makes an in-line power device module which, in effect, turns a regular switch (such as a 2950T-24) into a PoE switch.
