7941 boot up error

I connected my 7941 Phone the network. Line buttons blink in sequence and the headset button remains lit. It is just displaying Cisco logo and doesn't respond to any button,

Anyone suggest anything, or the Phone is faulty?

what you can do is connect a pc/sniffer to the pc port and sniff what traffic to/from the phone is occuring.

this will give you an excellent idea of where the phone is hanging up and what it has accomplished.

ethereal.com has the best free sniffer.

also, you may want to check the switch/power, etc of the phone.

I have exactly the same thing happening. Did you resolve this or RMA phone?

So have I. I think it is a hardware error. Don't you?
