7941 IP phone

Hi all,

how can I load 7941 phone on CME, what parameter should I enter in config,

I found somewhere:

load 7960-7940 P00307020200

but this file I am loading for 7912 IP phones, so what is correct?

Get the file named cmterm-7941-7961-sccp.7.0.3 from the CCME downloads page for CCME 4.0.

What version of CME do you have? You need CME 4.0 to support 7941, IOS 12.4(9)T, 12.4(4)XC.

Hi,

I have got CME 3.3, ~30x 7911 IP Phones and 2x 7941 IP Phones.

7941 works (can dial ;-) - but does it mean that I will not be able to use all of functions with them?

Or it only means, that CME 4.0 will add some extra features?

Well, it's not supported, so you never know how it will behave. CME probably thinks it's 7940, and it's working to some extend. I would recommand upgrading the IOS.
