7960 directory

when my customer views the directory of missed calls on his 7960 he will see the 10 digit number such as 6312185200. If he hits the softkey dial button the system does not dial the 9 access code nor the 1 needed in front of the area code. Can this be fixed or does he need to manually dial ?

Use the "EditDial" soft-key rahter than the "Dial" soft-key. This give the user the opportunity to add the necessary digits in front of the number to be called.

does anyone know if there is anything in the works to allow user to just hit the dial button and have the call mgr route the call out?
