I've registered an ip phone to CCME(Cisco CallManager Express)which was previously registered to a CCM. The adviced load for 7960 in CCME is P00303020214, but the load on this ip phone cannot be converted to this from its prior load:P00305000300, and file not found message is given upon reset.
The newly opened and registered ip phones load P00303020214 file to itself but this time they give the following messages in their "Model Information" parts;
Model Number: Invalid Information
Serial Number: Invalid Information
I've removed the load definition and reentered it through CLI but there is no improvement with the problem.
