7960 Lamp and ring tone synchronization

I want to make 7960 phone Lamp and ringing tone being synchronized.

For example if I call from ip phone A to other phone B inside one building through one CCM C.1(2C) I hear in phone A ringing tone which frequency is not same as blinking Laml on phone B.

My question is, how will i make them being synchronized?

I may be wrong here, but from what I believe the answer is "you can't".

If you trace a phone call you will see the call manager sends an instruction to the phone saying "set lamp to blink".

You never know there may be some special internal hidden commands but if they exist I've never heard of them.
