7960 sip to sccp

i bought phones from ebay and realized thjat some of them came as sip.

-how can i put it back to sccp?

hi rob,

Note: In order to revert back to SCCP, you need to delete the SIP phone, set Auto Registration Phone

Protocol to SCCP and then let the phone re-register as SCCP.

the above note was taken from the link you have just given.

my CM is already set to do auto register and i already deleted the sip phone but when the phone boots up, it is still sip.

In most cases it's easier to convert a phone using reset sequence and TFTPD32 on a PC.

Using CM there are too many variables that complicate the process.
