7960 Transfer to PSTN - Not working

Here is our setup:

2811 - IOS 12.4(3d)

CME 4.0

7960 - Load: P00307020200

PSTN Connectivity via FXO

When a user on a 7960 phone tries to transfer a call to the PSTN, it tries routing the call to PSTN after only 7 digits (not incuding the 9), as the seen on the CME gateway (It does successfully strip the 9).

When the user dials the 8th digit, the user sees another box appear on the phone, as if they are making a new call.

This is only affecting 7960 phones. The 7940 phones work fine. The 7960 phones have 2 DNs configured. 1 as personal, the other is a shared line. The same symptom is experienced on both lines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CME is very stringent on it's supported firmware. Try upgrading your 7960 to P0030702T023 which is the support version for that platform. Also you should be running 12.4(9)T or 12.4(4)XC4 if you are running CME 4.0. You probably want to get your setup within version specs and this might resolve your issue.
