7960 w/ 7914 Sidecar question

I have a 7960 attached to a 7914 sidecar. When I press the "messages" button, I often go offhook on a line attached to the sidecar resulting in the wrong DN being sent to voicemail.

Is there a way to program these phones so any time the "messages" button is hit, it will go offhook on the users primary DN only?

See if CallManager service parameter "Always Use Prime Line for Voice Message" is set set to True, that could cause this. By default it is False. This causes the Messages button to always use the first line on the phone.
