7970 Firmware CCME 3.2

Hi, I'm configuring a CallManager Express 3.2. I'm installing two types of IP Phones: 7940G and 7970G. I haven't could find the firmware for the 7970G IP Phone for this version of CallManager Express. Thanks.

this would be the same phone load(s) that you can download from CCO.

Depending on the release of 3.2 that you're using, you can either use 6.0(3)SR1 or 7.0(1). Both can be found here:

Thanks for your help. This CallManager Express doesn't have any release, the version is 3.2. I just tried to use firmware for CCME 3.2.1, however it doesn't work. If you have other suggestion, please send it to me.

On the router, type "show telephony-service". You should see your version at the top.
