7970 firmware load - which file is it ?

I am using callmanager express 4.0 and wish to update the firmware loads on a 7970g phone, I have downloaded the latest updates as shown below :

cnu70.2-7-6-26.sbn

CVM70.2-0-2-26.sbn

Jar70.2-9-2-26.sbn

TERM70.7-0-3-0S.loads

term70.default.loads

After extracting all the files into flash, I configured all the files under tftp-server flash: as shown

tftp-server flash:cnu70.2-7-6-26.sbn

tftp-server flash:CVM70.2-0-2-26.sbn

tftp-server flash:Jar70.2-9-2-26.sbn

tftp-server flash:TERM70.7-0-3-0S.loads

tftp-server flash:term70.default.loads

But I am unsure as to which file to load under telephony-service for "load 7970 filename" ???

Checking ciscos link for more information about updating the 7970 at

It says : "Read the "Read Me" files included with Cisco software updates. These files provide important updated information about installing and configuring the new software." but there is no readme file with the firmware update ?

A bit confusing any help would be appreciated ?

Perhaps this will help, I am pretty sure that you would use;

load 7970 TERM70.7-0-3-0S
