7970 ScreenShot

Hi,

Can anybody tell me why the 'ScreenShot' procedue that i can not execute

successfully via the URL: "http://PhoneIP/CGI/ScreenShot"?

BTW, I have created the "User" forward "User" -> "Add a New User" in CCM, and

bound it with the IP Phone forward "User Configuration" -> "Device Association".

Is there any other steps that needs to config the CCM?
