7970 time problem on cme 3.3

I'm using cme 3.3 with 12.3(14)T on a cisco 2610xm. The problem is that the time on the 7970 is 3 hours ahead from others telephones configured on the cme.

The correct time is GMT -3:00

This is the configuration:

Here is what I configured for Central US time...

Destin-2821-CME-Demo(config)#telephony-service

Destin-2821-CME-Demo(config-telephony)#time-zone 8

Destin-2821-CME-Demo(config-telephony)#create cnf-files

CNF file creation is already On

Updating CNF files

CNF-FILES: Clock is not set or synchronized,

retaining old versionStamps

CNF files update complete

Destin-2821-CME-Demo(config-telephony)#

Reset the phone and all is well...

from running config

Your configure looks good, but I did not see create cnf files...

scroll down to : Cisco IP Phone 7970G and 7971G-GE Settings

"...You must issue the create cnf-files command for service phone and time-zone command configurations to take effect"

That is all I can see that could be wrong...
