I have my RP set up in CCM to allow 911 or 9911 but when people dial LD numbers 91XXXXXXX they hit the 1 twice and it calls 911 then they panic and hang up then the PD shows up and there is not legit call. Is there a way to work around this and keep 911 dialing
One solution is to uncheck the "Urgent Priority" from the 911 RP to force the interdigit timer, this however might not be desired because when someone really needs to dial 911 he/she will be forced to wait the intedigit timer. So, you have to see which option is more critical and go with it.
