'97 - transferring call'

Hi Guys.<br>'97 - transferring call' appears on the staus screen of a client Unity system.<br>It stays there for practically forever (days) until the system is rebooted.<br><br>I am assuming for the moment that the system is 'probably' looking for dial-tone, and as such have set the hack to diable dial-tone detection. Does this sound ok?<br><br>- C<br><br>

As long as you don't have incoming calls being answered by ports doing outbound dialing, this is OK. If you have ports pulling double duty you'll run the risk of collisions here...

I'm not sure the error your seeing would be related to dialtone detection problems, however... that seems a little odd. If you get it again, you should contact our support folks and get an incident opened for it.
