I have a problem with the transfer to VM button on Attendant Console 1.4. We are running CCM 4.1(3)sr2 and use Octel for VM. We have a CTI route point and VM profile setup to be able to transfer directly into a user's VMbox. When using the transfer button on the phone or Attendant Console this works fine. If we try to transfer a call to a VMbox by using the Voicemail button on A/C, the caller gets sent to open tree. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
