A Cluster Callmanager can work with two different IPCC express

Hi,

can some one indicate me if It's possible that one cluster of callmanger version 3.0 can work with Two different call center ""IPCC express"".

If it possibal can you indicate when I can find this information in Cisco Technical document.

Yes, a single CM cluster can support multiple IPCC Express (formerly known as ICD). CM 3.0(x) is VERY old, so any recent version of IPCC express will not work. The best thing for you to do is to upgrade to 3.3.

sorry for mistake I have cluster of callmanager version 3.3 with an IPCC express version 3.0 and I want add a second IPCC so if it's possibal for give me an URL of this document

There really isnt anything special about having a 2nd IPCC Express. Just install it the same as you did the first.

Note: A 2nd IPCC Express will not provide "clustering" or load balancing. You can use it to support additional queues.
