When doing a DIRT recovery with Exchange 2000 on box, I know that you need to restore the box to the way it was before failure, but my question is---Do I need to restore all of the AD accounts and the Exchange mailboxes before I do the DIRT recovery, or will the DIRT recovery process create these accounts and mailboxes as part of the recovery? Example: If I make a new box with a fresh AD, and a new install of SQL and Exchange, can I run DIRT recovery at that point and get all my accounts and mailboxes back?
