We are trying to move the burden of script changes made just due to the operating hour changes from IT to the Operation folks. So in other words if a particular call Plz let me know of how anyone out there is tackling a similar problem. Thanks
Thanks for your reply. What we are looking into is to do a combination of creating an ODBC front end to give Operation team access to a few global variables eg. Occupancy level etc. and to do an integration with a WFM tool. Problem is WFM data would not be realtime, second what would be the performance impact if we ODBC into the database directly as opposed to creating a separate database and updating ICM database with the values hourly or see. Have you done this before.
