AA IVR on ITS using a 1760

Hi all.

My ITS AA IVR is not working. When I call the aa-pilot number I get a fast busy tone. I've follow the instructions per the ITS v2.01 manual. Any help is appreciated. Below is the IVR related configuration. I've setup the IVR files in a different flash partition.
