AA level and routing table

I add couple call handles and then change the opening greeting in order to meet this update.For example, I create sales call handler, under this sales call handler I create PC sales by press 1 and networking sales by press 2. do I still need to modify call routing table in order to make it work?I guess it's not necessary. Assuming I have no other specific routing requirements.<br><br>

no, you shouldn't need to edit call routing rules for that type of application. If you wanted calls to route directly to those call handlers based on the DID number, for instance, then you'd want to add some routing rules to handle that.
