AA reinstall

I have had to reinstall auto attendant

ANd no matter what I try the main app manager

will not start up just blank screen then time-out

I have re-logged the service in but same results

any thoughts ?

When you did the re-install, are you going through the Terminal Services Client to the server? If so, please do the install at the console of the server. We have seen intermittent problems doing installs remotely through TS Client. This is a known issue.

Also, if you are already doing it at the console, next time before you try to re-install it [again], make sure you go to the Add/Remove Programs applet and remove: Cisco IP IVR, Cisco IP IVR Serviceability, Cisco JTAPI Client. Then reboot. Then install. Then reboot again when asked. This has worked for me in the past.
