when logging in as user in earlier post on client machine through "saweb/FrameASP/AAStartFrame.asp", I don't receive the option for recording (looks as if the link for record is not there) but if I logon at the unity console the option is there. <br><br>

Make sure you have the browser on the client machine in question configured to allow activeX controls and cookies etc... the most common problem I see along these lines is folks locking down Actie X controls.
