Ability To Record A Conversation

Is it ossible to record a phone call conversation for quality control purposes? We are running Unity 2.4.5.73 w/ CCM 3.0.8 in ICS7750.

Live Record with CCM is a feature slated for Unity 3.2 last time I checked. I am not certain which release of Call Manager will be required. We just started shipping Unity 3.0, so this is still months and months away. If there is a pressing need for this feature you might want to check in to 3rd party alternatives such as the one suggested in another reply.
