Abnormal Call Disconnects with VG200 PSTN to VoIP Calls (Cause 41)

We have seen random call disconnects with a "cause 41" temporary network failure issued from the VG200 both to the PSTN (PBX in this case) and to the VoIP world via H225. Anyone seen anything like this? We are running: Version 12.2(2)XN. This has occured in both MGCP and H.323 signalling protcols to Call Manager......Any help would be appreciated.
