My customer wants to forward all call to other user. But he doesn't want to display the phone number to the user. I have not found the service parameter which is this feature. Do you have any method ???
You can forward all call by simply input the other number to the forward all options on the call manager. This way all calls will be forwarded to the other number but the only problem is everytime he need to reset the forwarding he will need to contact the call manager administrator because this method does not support administering thru telephone.
