AC and calling number

Hi.

Can anyone explain me this behaviour?:

Example:

B(external number) calls A(attendant) who then transfers to C(extension)

The attendant, who is using the software attendant console, when transfers without consultation, on the destination phone, instead of appearing the external caller (B), the number that appears is the operator(A).

This is a problem because the internal user doesn't know who is calling him, and if the call isnt answered, the missed call shows the number of the attendant, instead of the external number.
