I would think this has to be possible but can't quite figure out how to do it.
When we get a call to our main number, a caller gets our Unity AutoAttendant when that ends the calls hit our AC Pilot which rings through three lines and then ends back up at the autoattendant. How can i set the calls to park themselves so that our operator can see them and so the callers don't get lost in a loop? Thanks
