AC with Voice Mail

HI,

i've implemented Attendant console with this settings:

- an attendant user wich have two lines on his phone.

- One line associated with this user on hunt list

- another one (always route check). The objectif of this line is to ring when attendant user not logging or the PC machine is down. everytihing is ok.

But know, i want to send the call to unity VM (manually or automaticaly) after the open hour to play a record about office hour and closed.

Do you have an idea to do that?

which version of cm are you using?

cm 4.0 , you need to create a 2nd HG with the voicemail ports.

4.1 you have hunt forward options

You can also impliment Time of Day call routing (depending on your CM version)

Time of the day routing will be the best option in your case..
