Hi,<br> I have problem accessing the SA page, got "Access Denied, check with System Admin"...I'm the admin person and log in as Administrator...how do I regain access to Unity ? thanks.<br>Duc Vu<br><br><br>

This happens to folks fairly frequently for a number of reaons... usually they assign an account to the wrong COS, edit the COS to not allow access to the SA without realizing it'll cause a problem, deleting the administrator account etc...

I followed your first intruction and regained access to Unity however I cannot retrieve the voice mail, get a greeting that voice mail is not available. Call in to voice mail and leave message but still cannot retrieve it. Any idea ? Thank you for help.

I'm assuming the message you're getting is "I'm sorry, I'm not able to talk to you now...". That's the failsafe conversation. Is everyone getting that when they call in to check messages, call in to the opening greeting etc...? Look in the application event log (this is always your first stop when your system is having trouble). There should always be at least one error in the event log when the failsafe conversation is triggered that should give you a clue as to what happened.
