Is there a way to allow a user to access the directory while sending/forwarding a message within Unity, while still using extensions to designate recipients instead of names? Example: A user is sending a message and Unity asks for the recipient's extension. The user then presses a key to access the directory and enters the recipient's last name to pull the extension from the directory. With our current setup, if the sender does not know the recipient's extension, he/she is unable to send or forward the message successfully (Mostly a problem when VPs/etc. access VM remotely).
