I am running CRA 3.02 and I want to force the customers to have to enter an account code before they go into the queue. I also want to be able to look at and print reports though Historical Reporting. Any help ,links or config notes would be helpful.

You should join the Developer Support Program for this issue. It saounds like you want to develop a full IP Phone Services Application that could take on many different avenues of development.
