account not associated with a Unity Subscriber

I am getting the message "Your Windows Domain Account [INTELLIGROUP\unify] is not associated with a Unity Subscriber." when I try to access either the SA using the administrator account or the AA page using a user account. I ran the "GrantUnityAccess" utility with the "-l" switch and verified the administrator account was associated with the Installer account. I even deleted the association and recreated it but that did not fix the problem. I also stopped and started the IIS Admin and WWW Publishing services on the Unity server.

The problem began today after a power outage where Unity lost connectivity with Active Directory (Unity did not go down). However, connectivity is restored, I can log into the server using an Active Directory account, access the off-box Exchange server through System Manager and voice mails are being delivered to the Exchange server.

Any ideas what the problem may be?

i am interested in a fix for this as well. I have seen this on a few unity boxes and the only way i was able to resolve this was a reboot. And obviously i was always trying to log on as an administrator and a user who is associated with a subscriber. not ideal. I have only experienced this trying to connect via http remotely to SA. on box i have not seen this
