Account not associated with Unity

Hi Guys, <br><br>Iam trouble shooting an issue that has arisen. Can you shed some light on the below error message when logging onto the administration page.<br><br><br>Access denied<br>Your Windows Domain Account [SGBAT01\headoffice] is not associated with a Unity Subscriber. <br><br>You cannot access the Unity System Administration web pages. <br><br>Please see your system administrator for more details. <br><br>many thanks<br><br>

Try associating the SGBAT01\headoffice account with the 'Example Administrator' Exchange mailbox.

Hi Keith.

Thanks for you assistance, I associated the Example admin account to the 'headoffice' user, but the same message is prompted. Any other ideas.

That should do it unless something has happened with the COS. You might want to open a case with TAC and have somebody go in to the DOH and poke around.
