Account Policy Password expiration

Hello,<br>I have the following setup:<br>Unity 3.0.3<br>TSP 3.0.4<br>CM 3.1(2)c<br>Problem description:<br>When a user logs to check mail etc.. they are asked for to change their password because it has expired, so they change and the next they login they are asked again, and so forth always being requested.<br><br>The Account Policy settings are default:<br>Days until password expires 42 days<br><br>Minimum number of characters in password 3<br><br>Do not keep password history <br><br>Under the subscribers phone password nothing is checked:<br>All unchecked:<br>User cannot change password <br>User must change password at next login <br>Password never expires <br><br><br>Any ideas? Or on how to troubleshoot, traces? Please let me know.<br>Best regards,<br>Glen<br><br><br>

This is a bug. The bug ID is CSCdu71673. It is resolved in Unity 3.1(2). Check out the 3.1(2) release notes for more information:

Apparently it also needs a unity fix which will be ported into Unity 3.0.4 and Unity 3.1(2) maintenance releases, and a hot fix already exists for 2.4.6 on 2.4.6.161.
