I am installing QM with Server Recording option.
My agents from UCCX are not appearing in 'unassigned/Not Configured' users in the QM User administration page.
I have a suspiciion that the QM isnt talking to UCCX correctly - I know the CUCM communication is ok as handsets are being picked up.
I notice that the installation has configured the DB Instance for UCCX to be CRSSQL with username uccxworkforce - whats that all about ? Never seen that user befure !
I am installing Version QM 8.5.2 and I have installed the SU1 patch.
The UCCX and CUCM are virtualised on version 8.5.1.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello James,
The uccxworkforce user is an user in contact center and there is a know bug where you cannot see this user in UCCX 8.5.1. SU2 actually fixed this bug for me. If you look under password management in uccx you should see the workforce user and from there you can change the password.
